Outlook Express

This dialog is used to setup a mail source. This tells the program where the messages you want to use are found. The bottom portion of the dialog changes depending on the type of mail source selected. Described below is for setting an Outlook Express folder as the Mail Source.

Source Type

From the drop down list select "Outlook Express" Once selected the bottom portion of this window will change and allow you to select an available folder.

Delete After Testing

Check this box if you want to automatically delete messages after they have been successfully parsed. Note caution using this option. Deleted messages are not retrievable after they are parsed.

Prompt Before Deleting

Check this box if you want to be prompted and allow you to choose whether or not the parsed messages is to be deleted.

Delete Un-Used Messages

Check this box if you want to delete messages that are not parsed because they do not match the filter criteria. Note caution using this option. Deleted messages are not retrievable after they have been deleted.

Folder Selection

Here you will have a list of folders from Outlook Express. Select the folder you want to extract data from by clicking the folder name.

OK Button

Click the OK button once you have selected the folder. The selection will be saved and this dialog will close.

Cancel Button

Click the cancel button to close the dialog without saving any changes.
